Bought two blankets for our two large dogs and they did not work as stated. Both blankets only got warm on one part of the blanket. Plus the material feels very strange and one of my dogs would lick it endlessly (which drove me nuts). Lucky for me, Amazon is a fantastic company and accepted the blankets as a refund because they did not work according to the description. I think I will go out and buy two more $5 fleece blankets for them!

I purchased this item for my daughter, who lives in Nepal. She wanted a small 12 volt electric blanket to use when seated in her room. I have not tried out the Thermo Pet Throw myself, but have sent it to her. When I hear how it works in her mountain home, I will let you know.
