I bought the toothpaste and it has moss in it and the expiration date was 2010!(The company admit it after many months of waiting for lab test result). For the several months waiting for result, every time I call them to see if the result is in, there's never anyone picking up the phone and bother to return phone call messages. Then when I finally got hold of a customer service agent, she was rude and didn't want to help at all. Finally the test result was confirmed and guess what? they sold their company to Sergeant and now "they are not responsible any longer". I would not buy anything that has Virbac or Petrodex on the merchandise label.
