lite-up leashAugust 14, 2008 This leash, along with the flashing reflective collar, was the best safety advantage my little dog could get. She was dark and short so she blended right into the street.br /Now she is visible from about 5 blocks away. The strip on the leash is also reflective without the light being turned on so lit-up areas such as the park don't require constant use of the batteries. I am very happy with my purchase and consider this a "must" for those who walk their pets at night.br /The reflective strip could have been shifted a little farther up the leash though. The strip makes the leash heavier (not much) and the strip tends to want to drag toward the ground. I usually pull up on the leash to br /take up the extra space.
